3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure on our part

• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws
• Customer data is never shared with third parties without consent
• You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

In no event shall CedarMist be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
